To strengthen our team in the Tax Function, we are looking for you as soon as possible at our Berlin office as

full-time

• You will support your colleagues in the Tax function with administrative tasks
• To this end, you will be responsible for both office organization and mail processing, including deadline monitoring
• You will correspond independently with internal departments, authorities and external service providers
• Your tasks will also include data and document management, including master data and file maintenance, as well as preparatory activities for tax returns and tax balance sheet postings

• You have completed training as a tax clerk (m/f/d), commercial training or a comparable qualification
• You have a careful and conscientious way of working as well as strong organizational and communication skills
• You have very good MS Office skills and experience with DATEV
• Ideally, you have experience in the field of accounting and have already worked with SAP
• You are reliable, show initiative and contribute to the optimization of workflows
• Good knowledge of English is an advantage
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
