The Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Forgent AI on the ground floor. As a Strategy & Operations Lead, you'll operate at the heart of the company-partnering directly with the founders on everything from GTM to product strategy, tech ops, hiring, and investor relations. You'll be trusted with real ownership and get a 360° view of what it takes to build a venture-backed AI startup from scratch.

What You'll Do

• Act as a force multiplier for the founders-owning strategic and operational projects across product, GTM, tech, and fundraising
• Solve high-priority, cross-functional problems with speed and autonomy
• Build and refine internal processes as we scale from zero to one
• Partner with engineering and product teams to bring new features to market
• Represent Forgent externally with partners, suppliers, and early customers
• Contribute to company building: hiring, culture, and roadmap planning

You'll Thrive Here If You...

• Have 2-3 years of experience in a fast-paced, analytical environment (e.g., top-tier consulting, investment banking, or high-growth startups)
• Are a generalist who "never drops the ball" and loves making things happen
• Bring sharp problem-solving skills and a bias toward action
• Thrive in ambiguity and are hungry to learn fast
• Are based in Berlin (or eager to relocate)
• Have strong communication skills-in English (German is a bonus)
