We’re looking for a passionate and versatile team member (m/w/d) to join our growing Pilates studio in Prenzlauer Berg.

We’re looking for an organized and people-focused Studio Manager (m/f/d) to support the daily operations of our growing Pilates studio in Prenzlauer Berg.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining team coordination, customer experience, and studio operations. You will work closely with the FOH and instructor team to ensure that our studio runs smoothly and that every member has an exceptional experience.

Tasks

• Oversee daily studio operations and front desk processes
• Manage and support the front desk team (scheduling, onboarding, feedback)
• Ensure a warm, professional experience for members and guests
• Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and service quality
• Monitor memberships, payments, and basic reporting
• Coordinate internal communication between management, instructors, and staff
• Support studio organization and cleanliness
• Assist with events, workshops, and community activities

Requirements

• Experience in studio management, hospitality or customer support
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Friendly, professional presence with strong leadership abilities
• Reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Fluent in English (German is a plus)
• Interest in Pilates, fitness, or wellness is a plus
