As a Tax Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our tax processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and advising on tax-related matters across our subsidiaries and branches. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external consultants to support Solaris' growth and financial strategy.

Your Role

• Oversee all tax-related topics within the Solaris Group, leveraging support from external tax consultants as needed
• Manage tax matters across Solaris, its subsidiaries, and branches, ensuring timely and accurate preparation and filing of tax returns
• Develop and implement robust tax processes to meet various regulatory requirements.
• Provide tax advisory support to business units, particularly regarding the tax treatment of new financial products.
• Serve as the primary liaison with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely documentation and compliance.

• You have 5+ years of tax-related experience in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing
• You have a strong understanding of IFRS, HGB, and German Tax Law
• You are proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with SAP S4/Hana is a plus
• You are fluent in English and German language skills
• You are self-reliant with a proactive mindset and the ability to adapt to a fast-growing environment
• You have excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and integrity
• You have a strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• You are results driven and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
