Team Lead Software Development (m/f/d)

As our Senior Manager Software Development, you'll take the lead in building smart digital solutions that directly impact our global customer experience — across marketing, sales, service, and beyond.

What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a growing team of software engineers
- Set technical direction and drive architectural decisions
- Translate business needs into robust, scalable solutions
- Collaborate with teams across Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Product
- Deliver technical solutions with a strong focus on marketing technology integration
- Take an active hands-on role in development, including coding, debugging, and reviewing
- Ensure timely delivery of high-impact software projects
- Own performance reviews, career development, and foster a culture of innovation
- Create and maintain technical documentation (diagrams, architecture, integration specs)
What You Bring
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in software development (ideally in the JavaScript ecosystem)
- 3+ years of experience leading teams of 5+ engineers
- Strong stakeholder engagement experience across departments
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS
- Solid experience with TypeScript
- Strong delivery mindset and high attention to detail
- Fluent English skills
- Experience with Python, MongoDB, or other databases
- Experience with content modeling
- Prior work in fast-paced digital or marketing-driven environments
- Knowledge of modern DevOps practices
- Experience with Terraform
