For the Helios Service Center Payroll at the Berlin location, we are looking for a full-time

Team Leader (m/f/d) Payroll Accounting / Payroll Accounting

• Together with your team of approx. 10 employees, you will ensure the timely processing of monthly payroll accounting for a large number of clients
• You are the first point of contact for your team in all technical and organizational matters and coordinate with the other team leaders regarding the standardized procedure
• You act as the contact person for all payroll accounting issues and cooperate with the financial accounting, time management and HR teams
• You are the contact person for customers in special cases and overarching HR issues and their implementation in the organization

• A successfully completed degree in business administration and several years of practical experience in the field of payroll accounting or comparable training
• Comprehensive knowledge of payroll tax law/social security law and company-financed pension schemes is a matter of course, in addition to experience with common payroll accounting systems in project management
• Ideally, you have already worked with LOGA and ATOSS (ASES)
• a high degree of team spirit, a cross-departmental organizational understanding and a goal-oriented way of working
• a strong service mentality and customer orientation as well as very good communication skills
• proof of immunization against measles
