Liquidity, Data, & Analytics is responsible for developing technology solutions and owning assets across 3 strategic areas in Corporate Bank. First, we are the owners of the cash account utility platform across the bank which consists of banking services spanning accounting ledger and core accounts / liquidity services. Second, we own the critical data services in Cash Management – payments & cash accounts, which drive the operational, reporting, and analytics functions across the bank. We operate on the scale of billions of transactions and millions of accounts. Third, we own Corporate Bank wide client analytics platform that drives insights across 1000’s of end users.
You will have the opportunity to influence the design of complex platforms from "Day One” and help lead the teams to expand upon our platform to solve the technology challenges of tomorrow: providing automation solutions, building out components of our single-user interface portal our key-stone technology platform that is both internal and external client-facing. Our team is tasked with transforming the Corporate Bank on a distinctive portfolio of work introducing green-field technology and responsibilities that include transforming operational teams.

Your key responsibilities
Build /Mentor and grow high performing and innovative Berlin team.
Technical lead within Core Accounts Tribe and leading through hands on development.
Evaluates current toolsets/Business Applications and find out and implement ways to optimize them through technology or any other alternate means.
Fostering the relationships with multiple teams using reusable solutions (or creating new) and find out the ways to improve the overall solutions pattern by using new age tools and technologies
Supports communications between our Tribe, Users, Senior Managers and leadership stakeholders
Your skills and experiences
A passion being a technologist and being close to code in full-stack Java/Kotlin eco system.
Optional experience in data platforms is a plus.
Up to date on modern architecture design patterns e.g. micro-services, streaming architectures, horizontal scalability, API design patterns, REST services, SOA principles, database systems, UI frameworks, enterprise integration patterns, modern SDLC practices
Passionate technologist with ability to deep dive into the code level with expert knowledge of the java ecosystem and ability contribute code in POCs, MVPs or project reviews
Ability to work on a macro-level shaping the direction of large application portfolio, including development of domain-wide blueprints, road-maps, architecture principles and standards
Strong interpersonal skills to manage relationships with a variety of partners and stakeholders. Ability to facilitate group sessions. Excellent communications skills, ability to respectfully challenge stakeholders think about differing options.
