We are looking for an enthusiastic Technical Project Owner to join the GCID PlusOne Network Engineering team. In this role, you will drive complex projects, building the bridge between network engineers and the developers of network services across the PlusOne organization. Our roadmap includes projects which are meant to transforming our formerly internal SAP Cloud IaaS solution into a public Cloud offerings and expanding its capabilities with new services to support SAP Business AI and SAP BTP. You will leverage your problem-solving expertise to help customers realize their objectives and improve the PlusOne Infrastructure.
Leadership in Project Management : Lead and manage complex technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements. Facilitate project planning sessions and workshops to develop comprehensive implementation plans.
Strategic Resolution of Project Blockers : Identify and resolve issues that impede project progress by leveraging your technical expertise. Lead discussions with stakeholders to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are achieved.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing : Create and maintain project documentation, including blueprints, whitepapers, and best practices. Share your knowledge and insights with the team to contribute to our documentation and
Enhancing Stakeholder Satisfaction : Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including internal teams and also Management. Collaborate with engineering teams to address challenges and improve project outcomes.
Continuous Improvement and Innovation : Provide valuable feedback and insights from project experiences to promote continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.
What you bring
We are seeking an innovative, self-driven individual with excellent communication skills and with technical competence. Your expertise in program management, agile methods and understanding of Infrastructure-as-a-Service, Cloud networking is highly valued.
- Experience in leading agile projects and implementing agile methodologies across project teams.
- Systematic Approach to Complex Challenges: Demonstrate the ability to systematically tackle complex issues, maintaining a strong sense of ownership and motivation
- Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills: Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with the ability to effectively manage critical situations through presentations.
- Good understanding of IaaS components would be an advantage
- Preferably experience working in the context of IT and specifically Cloud networks

PlusOne Network Engineering is the team running the Network Infrastructure of SAPs own Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) platform, SAP Cloud Infrastructure.
