What you can expect from us

• You will support our customers in the daily operation and support of state-of-the-art IT environments, both in on-premise and in private and/or public cloud scenarios
• Your responsibilities also include the planning and commissioning of modern infrastructures in the technology areas of data centres, security and collaboration
• You deal with on-site and remote installations for our customers
• Professional acceptance and processing of customer enquiries regarding faults and problems in the areas of data centres, security and collaboration
• Monitoring and troubleshooting of IT environments at our customers is part of your job
• You will work on innovation projects in the avodaq technology areas and collaborate closely with customers, manufacturers and technical colleagues

What sets you apart

• You have successfully completed training or studies in the IT environment
• You have basic knowledge in the following areas:
• Network infrastructure, network protocols, IT network security, data centres, telecommunications and / or VoIP,
• Microsoft (M365, Office 365, Windows)
• You are characterised by service and customer orientation, a high level of motivation and commitment as well as independent work
• You have a class B driving licence and are willing to travel
• Regular presence in the office is no problem for you
• Very good German language skills at level C1 and good English language skills at level B2 round off your profile

What we need you for

As of 01.09.2026 , we are looking for new trainees for our trainee programme who would like to further develop their IT passion and expertise.

In the six-month training programme, you will receive in-depth training in the areas of data centre, security and collaboration . In the first three-month phase, you will acquire important theoretical knowledge at our largest location in Hamburg. Are you from another city? That doesn’t matter, we will provide you with accommodation.

During the subsequent three-month practical phase at one of our locations in Berlin, Hamburg or Munich , you will be prepared for customer deployment, accompany our experienced consultants and / or service colleagues and acquire internationally recognised industry certificates, such as those from the leading network equipment manufacturer Cisco Systems.
