A Snapshot of Your Day
Imagine starting your day with a small group of eager trainees, ready to dive into the world of switchgear systems at a voltage level of 72.5 kV. You will lead engaging training sessions, combining theoretical knowledge with practical applications, all while primarily communicating in English. Your training courses, lasting between two to five days, will not only enhance the skills of your trainees but also contribute to the success of modern offshore wind farms. On days without training, you will have the opportunity to develop innovative training content and explore the use of digital media to enhance learning experiences.

• You will satisfy customers through effective and qualified knowledge transfer, ensuring they leave with a deep understanding of our products.
• Your contributions will significantly impact the business success of our plant, driving growth and innovation.
• You will implement creative ideas to further develop our training center, enhancing its reputation and effectiveness.
• As a valued contact person for our blue and SF6 portfolio, you will be a key resource for trainees and customers alike.

What You Bring

• You thrive in diverse environments, working effectively with people from various cultural backgrounds.
• You possess good knowledge of 8VM products or similar technologies, allowing you to deliver high-quality training.
• Your confident written and spoken English skills enable you to communicate complex concepts clearly.
• You have the ability to develop training materials independently, ensuring they are relevant and engaging.
• A background in plant mechanics, mechanical engineering, or a similar field equips you with the technical expertise needed for this role.
