About the role
We’re looking for a UI/ Digital Designer (m/f/d) to shape and elevate Libra’s digital brand and customer experience across our website ecosystem, with a special focus on our: Marketing website, Libra Academy.
You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Engineering to create polished, scalable interfaces and pages that drive awareness, conversion, education, and long-term customer engagement.
What you’ll do
Design and evolve Libra’s website and landing pages to improve clarity, credibility, and conversion
Create user-friendly, high-quality UI for our Academy experience (course pages, navigation, templates, components)
Translate briefs into strong digital design solutions
Maintain and expand our UI design system
Design digital marketing materials as needed (campaign visuals, social assets, key visuals, ads), aligned to brand and product
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing managers, product designers and engineers
Ensure every touchpoint feels premium, modern, and trust-building
What you‘ll bring
2+ years of experience in digital/UI design
A strong portfolio showcasing UI design projects
Proven experience designing: Websites and landing pages, responsive interfaces, component-based systems
Confident in Figma; Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Bonus: experience working with no-code website tools (e.g., Webflow, Framer)
Bonus: basic UX understanding
Fluent in English; German is a plus
