Join our affiliate TotalEnergies Marketing Deutschland GmbH in Berlin! For the Controlling & Planning department at TotalEnergies MS Deutschland, you will take part as a member of the central controlling team.

You main tasks will be as follows :

• Contribute to the coordination of business controllers by aggregating, analyzing, and validating the consistency of reports, and initiate corrections in collaboration with relevant departments when necessary.
• Consolidate forecasts, budgets, and long-term planning (PLT) based on headquarters’ assumptions and input from operational activities for the M&S Germany division, in coordination with the supervisor (analysis and aggregation).
• Identify, analyze, and comment on deviations from the budget or PLT.
• Support business controllers in the timely and high-quality preparation of various reports covering all areas of M&S Germany, intended for senior management and M&S Europe (including CAPEX reporting, dashboards, and CMO reporting).
• Identify optimization opportunities, particularly in the development of processes and tools (e.g., automation or AI), propose actions, and implement them in coordination with the supervisor.
• Participate in the development of various performance indicators for senior management and the M&S Finance Directorate (e.g., ROACE, CMO, BFR, cash flow), including their creation, validation, and adaptation.
• Contribute to business reviews, AR meetings, balance sheet committees, and specific assignments, including the preparation of presentations.

Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers

Expected qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Finance with a first experience, especially in Controlling is a plus
  
  

Technical skills:

• Knowledge in Accounting/Finance (Balance sheet, Working Capital, CAPEX) and Controlling (OPEX, P&L)
• Highly organized with a strong focus on meeting deadlines
• Detail-oriented and rigorous, with a passion for working with numbers and large datasets
  
  

Computing skills:

• Good knowledge of Pack Office (advanced Excel, Powerpoint)
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
• Knowledge of SAP is a plus
  
  

Languages:

• German: level B2/C1
• English: level B2/C1
• French: level B2
