Objects Manufacturing is an independent vinyl pressing plant located on the banks of the Spree River in Berlin – founded by cultural entrepreneurs from Berlin’s club and music scene. We produce high-quality vinyl records with a focus on craftsmanship, creative consultation, and a deep passion for music.

📍 Location: Berlin, Oberschöneweide

💼 Position: Sales & Account Management (Part Time)
⏳ Type: part-time position (20 hours per week)
🕗 Shift: Day shift (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM)
🗣️ Languages: German (German and English)
Tasks
Your Role
As a working student, you will support our team in both Sales and Account Management. You'll work directly with management and clients, gaining deep insight into how vinyl records are made and how the music industry operates behind the scenes.
Sales
- Creating customized offers for artists and labels
- Processing orders from existing clients
- Acquisition activities & proactive customer outreach: Identifying promising new clients and convincing them to collaborate with Objects
- Supporting outreach and acquisition activities
- Maintaining and organizing a structured sales pipeline
- Advising customers on production options via phone and email
Account Management
- Overseeing and supporting production orders from start to finish
- Communication and coordination with external clients and suppliers
- Cross-departmental coordination for orders
- Preparing and sending invoices
- Organizational support in day-to-day operations
- Supporting daily operations and internal workflocws
Requirements
Your Profile
- You are enrolled as a student (ideally in business, music management, media, cultural studies or similar)
- You are passionate about music, vinyl, and the music/club industry
- You have strong communication skills in both German and English
- You work in a structured, reliable, and self-organized manner
- First experience in sales, customer service, or project work is a plus – but not required
- You're open-minded, proactive, and eager to learn
