You’ll help us make Raisin better for customers by working across teams and channels:

• Conducting market research and identifying opportunities for growth and process improvement.

• Assist in shaping our sponsorship presence with Union Berlin and help organize unforgettable customer events.

• Contribute ideas and improvements to keep our customer experience high.

• Help craft our weekly newsletters and key communications to our users.

• Support with translation, research, and day-to-day coordination.

• You speak German at a C1/C2 level and English fluently.

• You’re studying marketing, business, communications, economics or a related field.

• You’re a strong communicator, comfortable working with different teams and priorities.

• You take initiative, think ahead, and enjoy solving problems.

• You’re curious about finance and excited to learn by doing.

• Any initial experience in a startup, consultancy, or customer-facing role is a plus.
