As a Working Student for IT & Data Operations in our Technical Operations Team, you will support our team in maintaining and improving key internal systems. This is your opportunity to make a real impact while gaining valuable experience in IT and system administration!

As a key part of our technical operations team, you make sure our internal and customer-related systems run smoothly:

For our team:

• You set up and maintain accounts for our team, like SSO accounts, VPN access, and permissions for Jira, GitHub, and Grafana.
• You keep documentation up to date and ensure a structured approach to account management.
• Configuration of field devices like Rev Pis, Teltonika Routers, ADFWeb Modules or similar

For our customers:

• In our operations, you independently take on new projects and contribute your own ideas.
• You create and update customer accounts and entries of their building portfolio.
• You connect new buildings to the Green Fusion Cloud.
• You support the operation of energy systems in buildings by running data checks.
• You prepare issue reports for troubleshooting and use our data quality tools (or develop your own).

You're a great fit if you have:

✅ Must-haves:

• Currently enrolled in computer science, information systems, electrical engineering, or a related technical field.
• IT knowledge and a structured approach to working.
• Basic SQL/database handling .
• Scripting knowledge (e.g. Python) is a plus, but no advanced programming required.
• Strong written and spoken German (at least B2 level) and English.
• Strong interest in engineering and informatics.

🚀 Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with data acquisition through hardware and/or interfaces
• Familiarity with programming environments (e.g., Git)
