We’re growing. To complement our team we are looking for a working student or intern for data analytics in the field of Audit & Assurance to join our team as soon as possible. In this business unit, we offer a broad range of services which includes a portfolio of data science methodologies and data engineering technologies. Our business focuses on holistic and tailor-made solutions for our clients - and not abstract analyses. We cover a wide range of topics when it comes to data engineering, descriptive data analytics such as BI and process mining and advanced machine learning.

Ready to demonstrate impact?

As a working student / intern in data analytics for Audit & Assurance you will work with a great team of Data Experts who are motivated to improve the quality and accuracy of information and enabling businesses to make more specific business decisions. You will work with leading partners across the organization and our clients in order to support business decisions across multiple industries and build tools to achieve the same. You will support the team in the following fields, depending on your interest:

Software Engineering and Data Science

• Collaborate in the development of our proprietary data processing framework with a strong emphasis on testing and validation.
• Design and implement Python web applications to support our data analytics services and AI chatbot functionalities.
• Extract valuable insights from client data in various consulting projects.

Data engineering research

• Help the team design and develop our Data Lake / Data Warehouse and our cloud infrastructure.

Furthermore, you get the opportunity to learn about technical topics like:

• MS Azure Services
• Machine learning
• Technical writing

and, if you are interested in non-technical topics:

• Project management
• Financial audit.

Professional strengths that set you apart.

• You are in your Bachelor or Master. studies in Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, -informatics or a comparable field
• You have experience developing and testing python applications.
• Interest in modern data science methods to improve the audit
• You have a basic understanding of concepts like business intelligence, data mining, data science or process mining
• Basic understanding of the financial audit is advantageous
• You communicate effectively and independently, work independently and purposefully to deliver high-quality results on time and possess good communication skills both in English and in German
• First experience in an audit firm as intern or working student is a plus

You will be working with a team of highly skilled and supportive data experts who work with an agile approach in their everyday tasks. Team language is English. This position is a "work from anywhere in Germany” position which, on the other hand, requires a high degree of self-organization and excellent communication skills.
