What you'll do

As a working student (f/m/d) you will work on pillars of the Product Insights & Experience (PI&X). Your main stakeholders will be S/4HANA Public Cloud Line of Business Product Management and analytics specialists. Your primary focus will be to support research and analysis activities related to Customer Transformation Management, with a particular emphasis on the utilization of customer usage data.

• Support in-depth research, benchmarking, and hands-on validation of innovative tools that drive business process transformation, evaluating their effectiveness in meeting diverse customer needs
• Prepare, analyse, and interpret complex customer usage data using data visualization platforms, transforming raw information into actionable insights that inform strategic decision makers
• Maintain and continuously optimize analytical dashboards and reporting solutions, empowering product management and experience teams with data-driven insights to support planning and operational excellence
• Collaborate closely with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders to define, prioritize, and execute impactful use cases, directly contributing to business value creation for SAP customers
• Contribute actively to knowledge sharing, best practice dissemination, and internal communications by supporting project meetings, facilitating engaging show & tell sessions, and managing content to foster continuous learning and alignment

What you bring

You are a student pursuing a degree in Data or Computer Science, Industrial Engineering and Management, Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a similar field.

• A strong interest or/and experience in business process transformation, data-driven product management, and customer experience analytics
• Solid understanding of Python and proficiency in data visualization tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI, or Tableau
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills, organizational talent, and adaptability to new challenges
• Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Sharepoint
• Fluency in both German and English is required
• The ability to come to the Walldorf or Berlin office at least once per week
