Lecturio is a leading international medical and nursing e-learning platform, serving students and educational institutions worldwide. Our mission is to address the global shortage of healthcare providers by increasing access to high-quality medical education. Using state-of-the-art technology and learning science, Lecturio has grown from its headquarters in Leipzig, Germany, where it was founded in 2008, to become a global-leading digital teaching engine for health professions education.

Your tasks

• Coordinate and manage release communication to internal stakeholders and customers.
• Manage in-app communication with users (familiarity with tools like Userpilot is a plus).
• Organize, conduct and document user interviews.
• Collect and maintain user feedback on product features.
• Design and conduct user surveys.
• Analyze data to understand and interpret user behavior.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitors and industry developments.
• Optional if interested: automate release communication using n8n.

Your profile

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Business Administration, International Management, Marketing, Data Science or a related field.
• You are enrolled in university for at least another 9 months.
• You have completed at least two internships or have one year of professional experience in a tech company in a product, marketing, customer success, or similar business role.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing start-up environment, with a proactive, “get-it-done” attitude and a good sense of humor.
• Interested in AI and eager to explore how automation can make work more efficient.
