What you´ll build

• Contribute to shaping the product roadmap and supporting release processes for SAP Signavio Process Analysis & Mining products.
• Help drive innovation by supporting customer and cross-functional interactions within SAP.
• Gather insights on new capabilities in the process intelligence and artificial intelligence area.
• Enable smooth internal collaboration by preparing materials and coordinating recurring leadership meetings and quarterly business reviews.
• Support product analytics and Voice of Customer programs to ensure data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.

What you bring

• You are enrolled as a student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
• Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Big Data Analytics, or Process Management.
• Solid computer skills with Microsoft Office; basic knowledge of SQL and Python is a plus.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Hands-on mindset with a focus on getting things done, strong customer and user centricity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, and a true team player.
• Previous work experience is an advantage.
• Working from the office is expected ideally once a week to foster bonding with colleagues.
