Collections is a vital part of our overall leasing and financing operation. By driving down unpaid invoices at an early stage by opening up a direct dialogue with our customers for finding sustainable solutions, we can allow them to minimize the financial consequences of their delinquencies and ultimately, to keep their vehicles on the road.

To establish and maintain such a direct dialogue and to subsequently find and offer the most optimal sustainable solutions requires great skill. By that, collections is an ideal growth path for those already excelling in a customer service environments and having a strong drive to further improve their conversation and negotiation skills.

Your tasks will include:

• Referencing and uploading documents received in our optical archive
• Preparing documentation for the team upon request
  

The activity can begin from the 1st of December 2025.

• Studies in adminstation, economics or similar
• Very good communication skills and proficiency in English and German
• Experiences with MS-Office
• Teamplayer
• Attention to detail
