What you'll do
As a working student (f/m/d) in the SAP Business Transformation Management Partner Management team, you will contribute to cross-regional coordination efforts and support strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project coordination, internal communications, and stakeholder engagement within a global tech company.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Project Coordination – Supporting the planning, execution, and follow-up of strategic projects and partner-related activities
- Communication & Content– Preparing presentations, reports, and internal communications to highlight project outcomes and regional success stories
- Meeting & Stakeholder Management – Assisting with meeting coordination, stakeholder alignment, and scheduling across global teams
- Administrative support – Helping improve team efficiency through handling administrative tasks such as Travel and Expense Management, Reporting, Content preparation etc.
You’ll work closely with colleagues from different regions and departments, gaining valuable insights into how global Partner Management functions in a dynamic tech environment.
What you bring
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study: Business Administration, International Management, Communications or a related field
- Computer skills: Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel and AI usage (ChatGPT & Co.)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (other languages as a plus)
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured, reliable working style, curiosity, and ability to work independently
- Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., SharePoint, Mural, Mentimeter)
- Interest in partner ecosystems, enterprise software, and international business environments
Meet your team
You will be part of the SAP Business Transformation Partner Management team consisting of about 50 employees with the goal to drive partner adoption and scale in both sales and delivery success. This requires a cross-functional collaboration, visibility, and consistency across SAP’s field organizations.
As part of our team, you’ll be empowered to take responsibility for your work, contribute to meaningful projects, and grow your professional skills in a supportive environment.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
