What you'll build

Join the SAP Signavio Product Excellence team and help us explore how AI, data, and modern tooling can transform the way we work. You will actively contribute to AI exploration, product analytics, and process improvements that directly impact how our product teams scale and operate.

Your tasks will include:

• Work closely with Product Excellence & Initiative Management, Empowered Product Trios, and Business Analysts to streamline and consolidate data sources
• Support the creation of dashboards to monitor product KPIs, licenses, and adoption metrics
• Explore and implement AI use cases (Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, Vibe coding tools) to increase productivity across product teams
• Work with product analytics and customer insight tools (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Pendo) to generate insights and improve decision-making
• Assist in improving existing processes, implementing new centralized processes, and supporting onboarding to data and insight tools
• Provide ad-hoc data analysis and cross-team support to drive visibility and alignment

What you bring

• Enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university, preferably in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Innovation, Data Science, or related field
• Strong technical skills: Python, Jupyter/Notebook LLMs, data visualization tools (Tableau, Google Data Studio, SAC), and Microsoft Office
• Interest or experience in product analytics tools such as Pendo, Amplitude, MixPanel, ProductBoard
• Familiarity with emerging digital technologies and a strong motivation to explore AI applications in product management
• Fluent in English
• Soft skills: Team player, structured, strong in organizing and time management, quick learner with the ability to grasp complex processes, communicative, proactive and taking initiative, strong written and verbal communication
• We’re hiring in Berlin, but we are flexible with your location

It plays a crucial role in the broader SAP portfolio by providing the tools needed for successful business transformation, helping customers identify inefficiencies, drive continuous improvement, and ensure their processes align with strategic goals.
The SAP Signavio Product Excellence team ensures SAP Signavio product teams operate at scale by combining process excellence, data-driven insights, AI exploration, and customer feedback. We focus on six capabilities:

• Programs and practices: beta and early access, early feedback, design partners, customer recruitment, release management, and basic documentation
• Analytics: product and portfolio dashboards, shared metrics, deep-dive analysis, and performance reviews
• Tooling and processes: Governance and scaling of roadmapping and product analytics tools, with clear feedback loops across teams
• Customer insights: Collect and synthesize feedback across channels, support with research panels, follow up on detractors, and feed insights into roadmaps
• Standardization: Common approaches for measuring adoption and usage, product taxonomy, and user management across SAP
• Education and upskilling: Onboarding, training, community of practice, and periodic growth days
