Choose the best place for your work – Within the scope of this position, it is possible, in consultation with your manager, to work mobile (within Germany) up to an average volume of 60% of the respective working hours.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
Siemens Healthineers Consulting, a part of the Enterprise Services organization, is one of the most dynamic and rapidly expanding units within Siemens Healthineers. In our Value Creation Service Line, we offer comprehensive and impartial advice to investors, project sponsors, and healthcare providers in areas including Deal Advisory, Greenfield, and Activation Consulting. You will support us in the following tasks:
- Proposal development: You will actively contribute to the preparation of consulting proposals and client pitches, helping us tailor strategic solutions for a diverse international client base
- Project execution: You will support both standalone consulting engagements and specific work packages within larger projects. Your tasks will include collecting and analyzing quantitative and qualitative data, conducting secondary and market research, helping to structure and test hypotheses, and supporting the development of strategic recommendations
- Communication & deliverables: You will assist in shaping the storyline and preparing high-quality presentation materials and reports that effectively communicate findings and insights to clients and internal stakeholders
- Operational & administrative support: You will also contribute to the day-to-day coordination and documentation of projects

Your qualifications and experience:
- You are enrolled in a master’s program in economics, finance, (human) medicine, or a related field, with a strong academic track record
- You are at least for 6 months available, ideally for a longer-term
- You have very good skills in Excel
- You have ideally gained initial experience in management consulting, for example through internships or working student roles
- You have a strong interest in the healthcare sector and financial topics and ideally bring first-hand experience from a healthcare-related environment

- You can communicate complex ideas clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing; in English and German
- You are a communicative team player, comfortable supporting colleagues and collaborating effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Your standout qualities include strong analytical and quantitative problem-solving skills, a high level of initiative, and motivation to learn
- You bring enthusiasm for working in a growing team within a large corporate setting and are eager to contribute hands-on to both project work and internal activities
