Your Tasks:

• You contribute to the development of the sustainability strategy, thereby contributing to the sustainable orientation of the company.
• You assist in the revision and implementation of sustainability reporting.
• If interested, you support the implementation of communication formats on sustainability at IAV or alternatively the implementation of climate goals and measures.
• You analyze and assist in the submission of ESG ratings for the capital market and customers.
• You independently take on (partial) projects in sustainability management and conduct research on various sustainability topics.
• You support day-to-day business and project work.
• You gain a comprehensive insight into the organization and processes of sustainability management and have the opportunity to gain valuable experience.

Necessary Skills:

• Ongoing studies in the fields of sustainability/environmental, economics, natural sciences, law, or communication sciences, or a comparable course of study with at least one year remaining.
• Enthusiasm for sustainability. Ideally, first experiences in the field of sustainability management.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Motivation for new challenges
• Very good German and English language skills, min. level C1.

The remuneration is based on our collective bargaining agreement for general and wage-related provisions. Currently, the hourly wage for this position is 17.52 EUR.
