What you'll do

• Gain insights into a fast-paced strategy consulting team and learn what it takes to successfully deliver sustainability projects at customers
• End-to-end responsibility for internal projects
• Work with the management team to improve operational efficiency
• Improve knowledge management to support consultants in delivering high-quality services
• Manage internal communications within the team and with other SAP organizations

What you bring

• Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
• Preferred fields of study: Business administration, communication, environmental sciences, sustainability studies
• Experience in being responsible for project results in several business environments
• Computer skills: Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoin
• Language skills: Fluent in German and English
• Soft skills: Expert in organizing, can-do attitude, growth mindset
• Working partially from Walldorf, Berlin, Munich, or Hamburg office is preferred

Where you belong

The Business Transformation & Architecture organization is SAP’s strategy consulting unit. We advise leading companies on their digital transformation journeys – from ideation to execution.
Within this group, the Sustainability team focuses specifically on helping customers in driving sustainable business transformations. We support customers in defining and realizing sustainability strategies, covering topics such as net zero emissions and human rights.
You will join a diverse team of sustainability experts with business and technology know-how.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
