Caring qualified nursing specialist HF/FH, FaGe EFZ (m/f/d)

Our client is located in the greater Bern area and is currently looking for an empathetic Certified Nursing Specialist HF/FH or Certified Nursing Assistant EFZ (m/f/d).
Our client is a retirement home for residents from the region. The residents can rely on over 200 employees around the clock. You can expect modern equipment with advanced tools and modern premises.

Place of work: Greater Bern area

Starting date: immediately or by agreement

Tasks

• You are responsible for individual, holistic care and support for residents in the nursing department
• Emergency situations are recognized independently and adequate measures are implemented
• You actively participate in rounds, reports and team meetings and make your contribution

Requirement profile

• You have successfully completed training as an EFZ specialist or HF/FH nursing specialist
• Ideally, you have many years of professional experience in long-term care
• Good knowledge of RAI and German will make your administrative work easier
• Thanks to your responsible and independent way of working, you can also cope with challenging situations
