As a DevOps Engineer in M365 Service Development, you develop and optimize automation solutions and interfaces for the secure and efficient use of Microsoft 365. You implement CI/CD pipelines to continually improve our platform. In this role, you work closely with transition and operations teams to provide standardized and reusable solutions. Additionally, you develop tools for assessments and onboardings in the form of web applications using modern technologies to facilitate the introduction and utilization of our services. In an agile environment, you actively contribute and have the opportunity to learn and shape innovative technologies. As part of your agile team, "M365 Development," you are part of the value stream "Modern Workspace Solutions."

• Development and enhancement of the Cloud Foundation as a basis for M365 and other teams/services using Azure services

• Creation of automation solutions, APIs, and services for standardized utilization

• Optimization of CI/CD processes with Azure DevOps & GitLab

• Configuration management to provide consistent and scalable environments

• Development of (partially) web-based tools to support internal and external teams

• Close collaboration with transition and operations teams for service adoption and standardization

• Development of tools for assessments and onboardings to ease the introduction and use of our services

Your skills

• Expertise in Microsoft 365 Automation and CI/CD Pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitLab)

• Proficiency in Configuration Management (PowerShell DSC) and Platform Management and Standardization in Large Environments

• Experience with Entra ID, Microsoft Graph, Azure Services, and Logging, Monitoring, and Alerting

• Structured and agile work approach (experience with SAFe and Scrum)

• Analytical thinking: ability to comprehend complex issues

• IT service experience, ideally with a background in business informatics

• Customer-oriented attitude and interdisciplinary collaboration across products and teams
