As enterprise architect, you are responsible for ensuring that the overall network, services and IT architecture is designed to support the vision and goals of the Swisscom mobile network. As a member of the mobile network value stream leadership team in the role of a Solution Architect with a strong vision for next-generation mobile technologies and cloud and orchestration transformation, you take the lead in driving decisions and designing new business services in an agile organization.

• Design and shape the future of the Swisscom mobile network and ensure its compliance with our strategy
• Secure the realization of the Swisscom enterprise architecture and collaborate with other architects to advance our vision
• Lead the mobile network cloud native transformation
• Help to transform Swisscom from a Telco to TechCo

Your skills

• Experience in Strategic Architecture Management including architectural alignment, business capability mapping, and technology roadmaps
• Proficiency in software architecture, orchestration, and state-of-the-art cloud-native technologies, including CI/CD, GitOps, and SRE practices
• Knowledge or hands-on experience in mobile voice or data core services
• Familiarity with working in agile settings and applying the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) methodology
• Charismatic storytelling and strong moderation skills, very good German and English
• Senior ability to manage and negotiate with management stakeholders
• Highly autonomous and reliable, not afraid to make decisions
• Lead collaboration and coordination efforts to achieve a common goal
