Our client, a market leader within technology, is looking for a Head of Human Resources to join their team to oversee the HR department.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a small HR team, reporting directly to executive management
- Take overall responsibility for all HR processes across the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, including payroll
- Advise and support managers on all HR-related topics, including recruitment, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, and change management, in line with applicable labor laws and internal policies
- Plan, manage, and oversee recruitment processes, ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience
- Continuously improve existing HR processes and implement new tools and solutions
- Participate in HR projects, support the implementation of global and regional strategies, and deliver relevant training initiatives
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal guidelines while further developing HR standards
- Collaborate with international stakeholders and contribute to a modern organizational culture
Your Profile
- Professional certification in HR and further education in HR management or a comparable field
- Several years of HR experience, including leadership and project exposure, ideally in an international environment
- Strong knowledge of local labor law
- Experience with HR IT systems and standard office tools
- Fluency in both German and English
