We are supporting a leading Swiss consultancy on a high-profile transformation project for a major Swiss insurer. The consultan cy specialises in data-driven technology solutions and digital transformations across banking, insurance, and healthcare.

The project:
This is an exciting initiative to roll out Microsoft 365 Copilot across the business, initially focusing on HR and Corporate Finance systems.

Your role:
As the Epic Owner / Product Owner, you will take full ownership of the Copilot rollout, acting as the bridge between technology, systems, and end-users. Your responsibilities include:

• Owning the implementation of Microsoft 365 Copilot across the business

• Bridging the gap between technical teams, business stakeholders, and product users

• Scoping, integrating, and supporting adoption of Copilot (including training and user enablement)

• Ensuring governance, compliance, and adherence to KPIs within a highly regulated environment

• Coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders to deliver a smooth rollout

What we are looking for:

• Proven experience as a Product Owner / Epic Owner, ideally with Microsoft 365 Copilot or similar AI tool implementation experience

• Strong knowledge of corporate finance processes and insurance regulations

• Excellent understanding of governance, compliance, and adoption practices

• Strong communication skills and experience in change management

• Agile expertise (SAFe, Scrum)

• Languages: German (must-have) and French (preferred)

Commercials & logistics:

• Contract: 6-9 months minimum, with high likelihood of extension

• Location: Bern – 40% on-site, remainder remote
