Are you an expert in implementing modern 3-tier web architectures with Java/JavaScript (e.g., Angular, React, Spring, JEE, Hibernate/JPA) and ready to start where the future is being programmed? In interdisciplinary project teams for our core industries such as Insurance, Banking, Transportation & Logistics, Public, Telecommunications, Energy & Media, you and your colleagues will be responsible for the conception, design, and development of technically sophisticated software projects with a focus on BPMN tools. You will take on diverse tasks throughout the entire engineering process: from requirements analysis and functional/technical system design to programming and implementation, all the way to quality assurance and project management. We offer a broad spectrum of responsibilities – project work is our strength.

• Solid knowledge: You hold a successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, or a comparable field with relevant focus.
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in software development with Java (in particular Spring Boot) as well as knowledge of DBMS and SQL, JPA, ORM.
• Tool knowledge: Proficient in working with Git and DevOps.
• Your skills: You enjoy analytical work as well as analyzing processes and data. In addition, you are a team player with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Language skills: Fluent in English and either German (C1), French (C1) or Italian (C1), depending on the location.

Additionally, it would be an advantage if you bring:

• Tool knowledge: Experience with Docker and Kubernetes, as well as in DevOps (especially Jenkins, ArgoCD, kustomize).
• BPM knowledge: Familiarity with BPM tools (e.g., Signavio, Adonis, Innovator) and modeling languages such as BPMN 2.0 and UML.
• Process management experience: Experience in process management and in the area of BPMN workflow engines/low-code applications.
