Are you ready to take the driver’s seat on complex, high-impact projects that keep our world moving? We’re looking for a Project Leader BSA who thrives on responsibility, precision, and teamwork. In this role, you’ll orchestrate cutting-edge projects across signaling, power supply, fiber optics, and cable laying – ensuring everything runs on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality.
Your mission
Take overall responsibility for planning, coordinating, and implementing BSA projects
Ensure projects meet cost, schedule, and quality goals
Collaborate with clients, planning offices, authorities, subcontractors, and internal teams
Oversee commissioning and smooth handover to operations
Handle claims, supplements, and support in tender processes
Contribute to order and risk analyses
Lead and inspire your team to deliver outstanding results
Your profile
Completed training in the electrical field (EFZ) or as an electrical engineer HF/FH (or equivalent)
Several years of proven project management experience in BSA or a comparable technical field
Solid knowledge of standards (NIN, SIA) and public tendering processes
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Strong communicator, assertive leader, and team player
Excellent German skills (written & spoken); additional national languages a plus
