What your duties will include:
- Receiving product orders from clients and providing product advice
- Receiving and processing internal sales and service orders
- Providing information on the status of order fulfillment and deliveries to internal departments or clients
- Monitoring the fulfillment of orders, ensuring timely deliveries and payments
- Collaborating with Sales and Service to ensure smooth order execution
- Creating orders and invoices in the SAP system
- Entering and updating customer and order data in the SAP system
What sets you apart:
- Completed high school degree
- First work experience in Customer Service or Sales Administration, ideally in an international environment
- Solid practical knowledge of the SAP system, especially in the sales and logistics modules
- Excellent proficiency in English – both spoken and written, additional eastern European languages are an advantage
- Strong analytical skills and experience working with data and systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
