Our client In Switzerland is a Global Supplier of Track Maintenance and Construction Services

They have a role for a Commissioning Engineer to become part of the team in Biel (CH) and be involved in the commissioning of state-of-the-art rail vehicles.

Your tasks:

1. Execution and support of the commissioning of rail vehicles for infrastructure maintenance
2. Adjustments and restoration of operational readiness of railway maintenance vehicles
3. Regular exchange with other departments for the continuous improvement of the vehicles
4. Independent troubleshooting and repair (electrical and mechanical)
5. Use of special measuring instruments and close cooperation with suppliers
6. Complete logging of results

1. A desire for an interesting task and a willingness to develop further

2. Successfully completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering or mechatronics

3. Experience in the commissioning of rail vehicles is an advantage.

4. Willingness to undertake occasional business trips

5. Teamwork skills, commitment and fluent German language skills

6. English language skills are an advantage

7. MS Office skills
