We are looking for a motivated full-time employee (m/f/d) to support our planning and
service team as soon as possible! You are also welcome to apply as a career starter (m/f/d), career changer (m/f/d) or returnee (m/f/d).

Your tasks
You are the technical support for our service team in the area of system planning and therefore the contact person (m/f/d) for
service questions relating to our fresh water stations, heating systems, home stations, Power 2 Heat and renewable energies for
installers (m/f/d). You will advise customers (m/f/d) on efficient and economical heating systems and provide technical
support for our sales department.
You will also plan systems for existing and new fresh water systems and home substations, work out system layouts for existing systems and plan new systems.
The development of continuous improvements based on market feedback and support in the creation of technical
product documents round off your varied and interesting area of responsibility.

Your qualifications
You have…
- completed training as a HVAC plant mechanic (m/f/d) or central heating engineer (m/f/d) or are a technician (m/f/d), master craftsman (m/f/d), bachelor (m/f/d) in the field of building services engineering, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering or have a comparable qualification / specialist knowledge
- Experience in the design, planning and installation of heating systems is desirable
- Ingenuity, initiative and commitment
- Good written and spoken German
- Reliability, punctuality, communication and team skills, ability to work independently, sense of responsibility
- an experienced handling of Microsoft Office
