Job Description

• Assist as a project management officer in the implementation project for a test automation tool
• Participate in project planning and execution, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
• Support the Banking Operations organization in automating test cases
• Independently improve processes around test automation
• Learn and apply relevant engineering tools and software to support business initiatives
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical and business knowledge
• Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions with fresh ideas and perspectives

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• High affinity for handling new IT tools
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with data analysis tools is a plus
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a professional environment
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and independently on tasks
• English
