At the Helios Clinic Bleicherode , we are looking for you as a reception and inpatient admission employee (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

Care of patients, visitors and employees

Operation of the telephone switchboard, as well as general provision of information

A variety of reception and office tasks, such as compiling patient files and admission documents

Cash management and mail processing

Digitization of files

Completed commercial vocational training, e.g. as a hotel specialist, office clerk (m/f/d) or similar

Ideally experience in the area of reception/ central reception/ secretariat

Desirable knowledge of SAP and the common applications of the MS Office package

Commitment, reliability, strong communication skills

Organizational skills, flexibility and team spirit

Willingness to work in a 2-shift system and on weekends/holidays

Legally required proof of immunization against measles
