You will report to the Early Careers Talent Acquisition Manager in the Talent Acquisition department based in Blieskastel for a V.I.E. one-year contract.

What you will do?
As an International Global Talent & Early Careers Project Officer (VIE) at Hager Group, you will play a key role in shaping some of our global initiatives:
• Graduate Programs: Drive the design and rollout of global graduate programs to attract, develop and retain top talent, focusing on manager and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) tracks. Collaborate closely with HR and business teams to ensure successful implementation of pilot programs in 2026.
• Onboarding & Offboarding: Design and deliver an impactful onboarding and offboarding experience for permanent employees and early-career hires, coordinating with multiple HR stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and transitions.
• VIE Program Coordination: Act as the central point of contact for current VIEs and candidates, coordinating the VIE program internationally in the context of a ramp-up of VIEs within the Group.
• Recruitment Training Module: Design and deploy a training module for hiring managers and tutors, aimed at strengthening recruitment capabilities and enhancing the candidate experience.
As Project Officer, you will oversee project timelines, resources, and stakeholders engagement for all initiatives, providing regular progress updates and impact reports to senior management.

• You have a background in HR or project management, or a related field.
• You are fluent in English. Fluency in French or German would be an asset.
• You are agile, reactive, and connect easily with stakeholders.
• You thrive in a dynamic environment and enjoy challenges.
• You possess strong analytical skills and the ability to consolidate information quickly.

What are the recruitment stages?
• Once your CV has been selected, you will be contacted by a recruiter for an initial phone exchange.
• You will be invited for a first interview with the hiring manager & the recruiter.
• You'll get the chance to showcase your skills by preparing and presenting a use case to the Hiring Manager and the HRBP Local.
• The last step will be then organized with the Head of Department and the Early Careers team.

• You must be a citizen of one of the Member States of the European Economic Area
• You must not be a citizen of the host country (in this case Germany), unless you hold a dual citizenship with another Member State of the European Economic Area.
• You must be between 18 and 28 years of age
• You must not have done a V.I.E. in the past
