As a Working Student (m/f/d) - OPMO Project Management Support you will report to Group Offer PMO Director in the Solution Development & Marketing department based in Blieskastel for a fixed-term working student

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student (m/f/d) to join our global OPMO (Offer Program& Project Management Office) team to support various project and portfolio management activities.

Key tasks:

Support Run& Ramp up phase of internal Project Management initiative COMPASS:

• Database maintenance support
• Support user issues by addressing their demands and difficulties

Support Development and model improvements:

• Review procedure, checklists and conduct external assessments
• Propose improvements and a structured SharePoint with relevant files (templates, guidance, examples)
• Gather and share good examples

OPMO Communication Page:

• Work and build our internal team website to enhance communication and training

Tool support for Portfolio and Project management software
