Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Engineer specializing in Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in software development, systems architecture, and ALM tools and methodologies. As an Engineer for ALM, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our ALM processes to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ALM solutions that support the entire software, electronics and mechanical development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, project managers, and business analysts, to define and refine ALM processes and best practices.

• Evaluate and select appropriate ALM tools and technologies to meet the needs of the organization.

• Provide technical support and guidance to development teams on ALM-related topics.

• Ensure ALM solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry standards and best practices.

• Monitor and analyze ALM metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in ALM and software development methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

• 3 to 5 years of Work-Related Experience

• Proven experience as an Engineer, with a focus on ALM.

• Understanding of Software development methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, and DevOps.

• Proficiency in ALM tools such as PTC Codebeamer, PTC RV&S, IBM ELM Jazz or similar.

• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.

• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Databricks) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
