As a European partner and part of Shurtape Technologies LLC, we supply adhesive tapes for professional painters, DIY/retail, and industrial applications. We have sales and distribution points across Europe and have impressed our customers for over 55 years with our competent, personalized advice and excellent service.
To expand our team, we are looking for a talented, qualified, and committed Supply Chain Planning Analyst to join us.
Your responsibilities:
- Moderate cross-functional teams to align demand, supply, and master data settings to improve business along the supply chain.
- Secure the Consensus Process (S&OP incl. Finance) for a dedicated channel, region, customer, or product portfolio in Europe.
- Support the product lifecycle to maximize growth while balancing sourcing, manufacturing efficiency, profitability, and inventory optimization.
- Be part of the transformation to level up value chain management at KIP by improving Purchase to Pay processes based on mid-term goals
- Coordinate with the manufacturing and sourcing teams to understand the supply chain for all items. Support the team in developing high-quality vendor partnerships.
- Develop new reports and analyses and enhance current ones pertaining to key performance metrics and daily tracking of organizational initiatives.
- Publish and communicate necessary reports effectively to key stakeholders and executive management.
- Drive analysis of various aspects of the organization that proactively identify problematics areas and recommend required actions and mitigation plans.
- Gather data from multiple sources and translate it into clear, concise data sets related to supply chain activities.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement affecting Demand, Supply & Master Data teams.
- Manage operational responsibilities, which are mostly transactional, with the potential to grow in demand/supply planning.
- Actively participate in delivering projects and process improvement initiatives.
Your profile:
- You have a degree in business administration or a related field, ideally with a focus on business intelligence or supply chain management.
- You have at least two years of professional experience in supply chain planning roles.
- You demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills as well as intercultural competence.
- You excel in analytical and strategic thinking, combined with high initiative and strong self-organization.
- You have good computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, and experience with SAP MRP.
- You possess an entrepreneurial mindset and are goal-oriented with a passion for growth.
- You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
