Ihre Aufgaben:

• Plan, coordinate, and implement all software quality assurance activities throughout the development lifecycle
• Track defined quality goals and monitor relevant quality metrics
• Continuously improve processes in alignment with A-SPICE maturity models
• Conduct quality assessments, provide guidance to development teams, and prepare structured reports for project management
• Facilitate process-related workshops and actively participate in release, project, and review meetings

Ihre Qualifikationen:

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable technical qualification
• Solid experience with maturity models, ideally Automotive SPICE
• Must-have: Certified Provisional Assessor
• Nice-to-have: Competent Assessor certification
• Experience with tools and workflows in both classical and agile software development (e.g., SCRUM, SAFe)
• Strong understanding of software development processes, including the V-Model
• Fluent English skills (written and spoken), german skills advantageous
