Aufgaben:
- Accountable for the end to end process from License generation to License deployment to the end customer
- Drive towards the vision of a single licensing platform across Advantest.
- Drive continuous improvement to the Backend License Management System, Customer Portal and relevant processes
- Consult and ensure quality assurance and monitoring of all relevant processes and data records in the licensing back office
- Run regular spot checks of entitlement management processes
- Present data analysis with recommendations for actions
Qualifikationen:
- BSc/MA in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field
- Several years of practical IT/ERP, BI Developer, License/Entitlement Management or similar role
- Background in data warehouse design, Database experience (MS-SQL), Basic Linux skills and experience with SOAP and REST interfaces
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player, good self-management and coordination skills
- Ability in working effectively across multiple levels, multiple cultures and time zones
