Aufgaben:
- Ensure ASIC Supply & Functionality: Guarantee the availability and performance of ASICs critical to the final product's Turn-On Rate, collaborating closely with R&D and suppliers for comprehensive test coverage.
- Link Test Strategies Across Levels: Align test and test data strategies from the final hardware product down to individual ASICs.
- Leverage Data for Improvement: Collect and analyze statistical test data to validate test concepts and drive continuous improvement through data correlation. Identify and detect test gaps in ASIC testing and drive the development of effective test solutions and supply chains.
- Optimize Multi-Tier Supply Chains: Refine and drive test solutions across complex, multi-tier ASIC supply chains. Also evaluate Supplier Test Efforts: Analyze ASIC supplier test hardware/software, identifying cost-saving opportunities or necessary strategic investments.
- Support New ASIC product introduction and Ramp-Up: Facilitate correlation and rapid production ramp-up for newly developed ASICs.
- Collaborate with Global Teams: Act as a technical expert within the global ASIC sourcing team, influencing supplier selection and test strategy.
Qualifikationen:
- Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or an equivalent field.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
- Proven track record in troubleshooting and analytical thinking. Ability and motivation to work effectively in teams and across international environments.
- Capable of working with minimal supervision while maintaining close coordination with Engineering, Sourcing, and R&D teams. Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Industry Experience: Relevant experience in the semiconductor industry, ideally with hands-on knowledge of the Advantest V93000 tester platform, including test development and debugging.
