For our client, a famous company in the semiconductor sector, we are looking for a Senior Global Project Manager (m/f/d) in Böblingen. Your tasks: * As part of the global transformation, you will manage key transformations projects. * You are responsible for planning and leading projects to ensure they complete the expected outcome in a timely fashion and within budget. * You plan and manage the project resources, prepare budgets, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. You will collaborate with internal members and customers for smooth and on-time delivery at checkpoints of each phase such as: * Develop project charter and Business case (value, ROI of the project) * Target Operating model * Tool/solution evaluation and implementation * Communication and change management plan and execution * Addressing stabilization phase, enhance and validate of project achievement for signoff Your skills: * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, HC, Engineering or comparable. * Experience working as project manager on transformations in Sales and Sales administration, or Customer & Field Services and Finance * Solid experience with stakeholder management, risk and dependency management * Very good effective planning and organization skills * Good communication and collaboration skills in a global environment * Good knowledge of English is a must, written and spoken.
