As a Business Learning & Development Intern you will…
- Support the internal Learning & Development (L&D) SharePoint platform, ensuring content is current, engaging, and easy to access
- Coordinate, monitor, and report on training participation and completion across the organization
- Provide end‑to‑end support for training coordination and logistics, ensuring smooth execution of learning sessions
- Proactively identify and source new internal learning and development opportunities aligned with business needs
- Create and manage clear, engaging communications related to the internal L&D platform and initiatives
- Support training materials inventory management, including tracking needs and coordinating replenishment
- Contribute to continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives within L&D (e.g., onboarding trackers, automated training completion reports)
- Analyze and report on learning quality and effectiveness, such as participation rates and time spent on learning activities
- Support the team in designing and developing digital learning content and micro‑learning assets
- Coordinate employee surveys and skills assessments, supporting data collection and analysis
Who are we looking for?
- Proficient in Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Curious mindset for understanding business aspects behind numerical data.
- Ability to proactively demonstrate problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a complex and international environment.
- You have a background in business administration, management, HR, or other related fields.
- Experience with SharePoint, and Data Visualization is a plus.
- Currently enrolled in a university based in Germany for the entire duration of your internship. Ideally, you are in the final year of your degree program.
- You are eligible to work at least 6 - 12 months full time in 2026 (please check with your university).
- Excellent fluency in English. Other languages will be a plus (e.g., Spanish, Polish, or German).
