• Independent organization and coordination of the secretariat of hand and plastic surgery with all administrative tasks
• Central contact person for various institutions
• Referral communication
• Preparation and monitoring of external private liquidation
• Preparation and follow-up of outpatient consultation hours

• Medical training (e.g. medical assistant, medical assistant) and experience in secretarial organization in the healthcare sector
• Confident use of Microsoft Office and the Internet
• Friendliness in dealing with patients
• Flexibility, reliability and team spirit
• High level of social competence, personal commitment and dedication
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
