Our Client
is one of the largest real estate companies in Germany and, as an organization under public law, manages properties and residential real estate throughout Germany. The continuous and sustainable success of our client is based not least on the qualifications and professional commitment of its employees. To support the team in Bonn, we are looking for you as a Finance & Controlling Employee (m/f/d) Public Real Estate at the earliest possible date.
Your Tasks
- You will be responsible for economic and financial planning in your department and also act as a contact person for related departments in these areas
- You will also create accounting reports and business evaluations
- You are the contact person for employees in SAP matters and design workshops and training events on system use
- Finally, you will be available as a competent contact person for questions relating to accounting and provide support with annual financial statements
Our Requirements
- You have a degree in business administration or real estate management or a comparable qualification
- In addition, you have already gained professional experience in accounting and/or controlling
- You have sound application knowledge of SAP and a high affinity for IT
- A goal- and solution-oriented way of working and excellent analytical skills round off your profile
