You will work in the Global Marketing Team of DHL Global Forwarding.

The Global Marketing team takes care about Digital Marketing, Social Media Marketing,
Product & Sector Marketing for our core Products & Solutions, Content Creation, Website management including SEO, and Email Marketing.

You will have the opportunity to support projects related to all marketing topics, while one of the core responsibilities will be content creation and campaign management.

Your tasks

• Global Campaign Management: Develop, shape, and drive global Marketing campaigns. Execute campaign plans by developing marketing assets, and track execution by guiding countries & functions on their implementation status, challenges faced & best practices. Campaigns in scope include Products, Digital Tools and Sectors.
• Content Creation: Research, prioritize and align topics with stakeholders that are relevant for our industry (Supply Chain) and our company (Products & Sectors). Engage with copy writers and/or develop content for different marketing channels including Website, Social Media, Webinars, and Email.
• Social Media: Be part of the Social Media Team of DHL Global Forwarding and shape the LinkedIn strategy of our company. Responsibilities include e.g. the post creation for regular market updates, product related posts and Product & Sector Spotlight campaigns.
• Agency and Global Service Center (GSC) Management: Liaison with partner marketing agencies and GSC resources on updating our Sales material and creation of assets for different Marketing channels. This includes the briefing of the provider, follow up on the delivered materials, quality and cost control.
• Sales Collateral: Lead and drive the creation and update of global Marketing & Sales material, i.e. Sales Guides, Customer Flyers, and Customer Presentations for Products and Sectors in Power Point and Canva.
• Webinars: Support our global webinar program by coordinating webinar preparation, execution and follow up.
• Market Research: Investigate the product offerings of key DHL's competitors and provide insights on opportunities of differentiation.

Your profile

• You MUST be a Bachelor or Master student. You MUST have a valid work permit to do an internship in Germany.
• Above-average commitment, ability to work under pressure and flexibility
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, in the particularly high degree of self-motivation, drive, and perseverance/can-do attitude as well as team working skills
• Work solution and goal-oriented
• High motivation to learn new processes and tools
• Advanced internet and PC user skills; for Microsoft: advanced for PowerPoint and Excel
• First experiences in Digital Marketing, content creation and Social Media Marketing
• Excellent English communication skills
• BA or MA in Business Administrations, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or similar
