Intern (m/f/d) in the area of Corporate Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) with a focus on Maturity Assessment

• We set guidelines for occupational health and safety (OHS) within DHL Group.
• We develop improvement strategies for occupational health and safety (OHS) - in cooperation with the OHS Committee.
• We monitor and support the implementation of OHS processes in the divisions.
• We represent the OHS Committee on the OPS Board.

Your tasks

You will support the Corporate OHS team in the international day-to-day business, but mainly through your own project for the further development of a maturity self-assessment. This includes the design of an intuitive user interface, the development of an overall concept and the consolidation of existing templates/approaches - partly in cooperation with colleagues from different divisions around the world. In this context, you will take part in global calls, meetings and workshops (including travel if required).

Your profile

• Advanced degree (BA/MA) in the fields of economics, psychology, business psychology, occupational health and safety, business informatics or similar
• An appetite for challenging tasks and taking on responsibility
• Strong analytical skills as well as a methodical and structured way of working
• Very good language skills in German and English
• PC skills in MS Office, especially Excel
• Relevant practical experience is an advantage
• Very independent, motivated and reliable approach
